SCHOOL ANNUAL GRANT FOR THE YEAR-2012-13

ALL THE HEAD MASTERS OF SCHOOLS LISTED IN THE ANNEXURE ARE INFORMED THAT SCHOOL ANNUAL GRANT FOR THE YEAR-2012-13 IS RELEASED TO THEIR SCHOOLS AND CREDITED INTO THEIR RESPECTIVE ACCOUNTS.
THE HEAD MASTERS ARE REQUESTED TO INCURRED THE EXPENDITURE UNDER  RECURRING GRANT. COMPONENT WISE AMOUNT SANCTIONED IS AS FOLLOWING.

ALL THE HEAD MASTERS IN THE DISTRICT ARE REQUESTED TO DOWN LOAD THE SOFTWARE OF AWP&BUDGET-2013-14 of RMSA AND ENTER THE DATA OF THEIR SCHOOLS IN PRESCRIBED SOFTWARE ON OR BEFORE 23-02-2013 WITHOUT FAIL.

STEP-1: Down Load the Software.(MS OFFICE .ACCESS FILE )

STEP-2: Go to Security Warning/ Option /Enable the option/enter

STEP-3: Select your Mandal/School/Enter Add

STEP-3: Enter the particulars/Data of your school in the 12 Pages of Data Capture Formats.

the above information should be furnished on or before-23-02-2013 along with soft copy and hard copy

TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMME


TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMME from 15.05.2012 to 11.06.2012
District level in-service teacher training for secondary school teachers in all the subjects including languages for the teachers handling 9th and 10th classes in the District during the summer vacation in a Residential mode i.e. from 15.05.2012 to 11.06.2012.  Teachers’ retiring within 6 months may be relaxed from this In-service training programme. 

Detailed time schedule (revised) is given hereunder for uniformity in conducting the training programme.
